AI training that satisfies your obligations and actually changes how people work.
We train groups, not individuals. Coaching for executives, workshops for business teams, and hands-on enablement for technical staff — delivered inside your organisation, structured by role, with the documentation you need to evidence it.
We built and delivered HP AI Foundry
The clearest evidence of what we do is HP AI Foundry — a complete six-course journey into artificial intelligence, from core concepts through neural networks, applied practice, strategy and the ethics shaping the field.
Sathish Jeyakumar, our founder, is the instructor. The programme runs to 48 modules — roughly 48 hours of structured learning — with assessment throughout and a professional certificate on completion. It is open to all backgrounds, with no coding required, and reaches professionals across media, healthcare, finance and ICT.
That is the scale we work at: designing a full curriculum for a global technology company, and standing up in front of the room to deliver it.
Most AI training is either a generic e-learning licence nobody finishes, or a one-off talk that changes nothing on Monday. Building a six-course curriculum for HP forced the harder discipline: sequencing, assessment, and making the material land for people with no technical background. That is the same discipline we bring to a corporate engagement.
How we deliver
Executive coaching
Small-group sessions for leadership teams: what AI changes about strategy, what to fund, what to be sceptical of, and what governance the board should be asking for.
Team workshops
Hands-on sessions for a department or function, built around the work that team actually does — not generic prompting exercises.
Technical enablement
Deeper training for engineers and technical staff: agentic patterns, MCP, retrieval, evaluation and the practices that keep production AI reliable.
Programme design & facilitation
Where you need a full curriculum rather than a course — sequenced, assessed and documented. This is what HP AI Foundry is.
Training you can evidence
EU AI Act Article 4 has required providers and deployers to ensure AI literacy among staff and contractors since February 2025. It applies regardless of risk tier, and compliance is demonstrated through documentation. We deliver training designed to be evidenced.
Every engagement produces attendance records, assessment results and a description of what was covered — the documentation your compliance team will be asked for. To be explicit: we deliver and document training; we do not certify your compliance position. Assessing sufficiency remains with you.
What we cover
- AI literacy and responsible adoption — what these systems do, where they fail, and what staff should never put into them.
- Prompting and practical use — getting reliable output, recognising when it is wrong, and knowing when not to use AI at all.
- Agentic AI and MCP — how agents act, what tools they reach, and what governance that requires.
- AI strategy for leadership — build-versus-buy, model dependency, and where the durable advantage actually sits.
- Train-the-trainer — transferring delivery to your own people where you would rather own it internally.
Formats
On-site in Dubai and across the GCC, remote, or blended. Typical engagements run from a half-day executive session to a multi-week cohort programme. Group sizes from a leadership team of six to organisation-wide rollouts delivered in cohorts.
We do not sell seat licences or run a public course catalogue. Every engagement is scoped to a specific group and a specific outcome.
Train Your Team
Tell us who needs training, what they must be able to do afterwards, and how many people. We will propose a structure, a delivery format and the documentation you need to evidence it.
